Policy

Product information is offered in good faith, but should only be regarded as a guide. Please confirm any details before making any purchasing or contractual arrangements.We make every effort to provide accurate information, however errors can sometimes occur. The information listed about particular products listed on this website are intended to inform you about features included in said product, this is not a definitive list and there can sometimes be information that has not been added.

Payments

You can pay by cheque, cash, PayPal and debit or credit card. Goods will however not be dispatched until payment has been confirmed.

Ennamelling of your cooker will commence upon receipt of a £700 deposit, our normal lead time is 4 weeks, however this can change due to supply and demand. We will try our best to accomodate your time scale requests.

The remaining balance for the cooker is due on the day of installation, via means of cleared funds.

Colour

Customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use. Please ask to see our colour samples before purchasing. Enamel is subject to slight colour variation, due to the processes undertaken.

Installation

Our installation costs are to a prepared site only. Fuel supply must be in place within 1 metre of the cooker location. Any flue work required must be undertaken prior to the installation. Failure to complete this will mean a return visit from the engineer to commision the cooker at a cost to you. The balance for the cooker and installation will still be required on the day of installation unless the reason for incompletion is our fault. You have 7 days to notify us of anything you are not happy with once installation is complete.

Guarantee

Each element of your Reconditioned Cooker is guaranteed for 5 years against faulty parts or workmanship.

Applies only to UK and Eire.

The guarantee does not extend to misuse, or failure to comply with operating instructions and care guidlines for cleaning.

Privacy

Your details will not be passed on or sold to any other party.

Security

Your personal and card details are kept safe with secure encryption. Any details given over the telephone are shredded the same day.
