Delivery to the United Kingdom and Ireland
Our standard delivery time to the UK is 2-3 working days. It is free of charge if you spend £100 or more. Below this order value the delivery charges will be dependent on the weight of the item(s) orders.
Your parcel will be sent safely with Royal Mail or Hermes/Yodel depending on its weight. You'll receive an e-mail to let you know it's on its way.
Delivery outside of the United Kingdom and Ireland
If you live outside the UK and would like to purchase from our website, please get in touch and we’ll let you know delivery costs for your intended order.
Standard delivery: orders up to 1KG in weight - £3.00
Standard delivery: orders over 6KG in weight - £6.00
NI, IOM, KW, ZE & HS Postcodes, Channel Islands £8 Standard Rate for all weights
Here at Avec Cookers we aim for 100% quality and satisfaction from all our products and services. However, in the event that something is not right, we would like to make it better for you.
Should you wish to return anything bought from us we will be happy to refund or exchange a product following the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Contacts Regulations 2013.
In the unlikely event that you received your goods damaged, we will replace them for you. We ask that you contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order, we ask you to send a photo of the damaged items to email@example.com, along with your order number. Please see section below on returning goods.
Cancellation of product
If you are not completely satisfied with the products purchased from us, we would ask you to contact us to proceed with the returns process. We will ask for a copy of your delivery note, and that all products are returned using the original packaging, within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Goods should be returned in the original packaging and in a sealed condition. If the item was damaged or incorrect we will pay for the postage for return. In any other circumstances the postage is to be covered by the purchaser. Products must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Once goods have been received in the above condition, we will reimburse the funds back to you in the method they were originally paid.
