Lacanche Macon

The Macon is a best selling Lacanche cooker at 1000mm wide and can be ordered in natural gas, LPG or all electric. Included are 2 large ovens and a smaller oven/grill with a choice of five different fuels/configurations. The Macon also includes a storage drawer on the bottom right of the cooker. There are a choice of 3 hob figurations: Classic hob 5 burners, Traditional hob 5 burners or Induction hob 5 rings. Colour and trim choice is included in the price but the ovens and hob choices vary. Price quoted is for 1 Static Electric oven and 1 Gas oven with Classic hob 5 burners. Please get in touch to discuss options, prices and lead times.

Installation & Commissioning Your Lacanche Range Cooker

Installation and Commissioning should be in accordance with the manufacturer’s Installer’s Manual and also current Gas Safe and IEE regulations. In order that installation and commissioning is carried out correctly, you should use a suitably qualified and Gas Safe registered engineer. Your local Lacanche stockists can advise. The appropriate installation guidance for your cooker will be sent with the order acknowledgment.

Note: COMMISSIONING IS CRUCIAL for the correct operation of your Lacanche. Failure to have your Lacanche commissioned correctly will result in over/underperformance of burners and ovens and inconsistent temperatures.

Power Supply/Services

After ordering your Lacanche range cooker information will be sent to you detailing what services you will require to power the cooker.

Electricity

Electric feeds will be standard single phase 230 volt supply. On some larger models including many electric features, two such supplies may be required and this will be notified in the information sent to you after placing your order. On request, Lacanche range cookers can be built for three-phase electricity.

Gas

Information on the gas power/requirement of your cooker will be provided after your order has been placed. We offer the appropriate flexihose for the type of gas (LPG or Natural Gas), which is designed to plug into a female half-inch / 15mm bayonet fitting on site (location to be advised in the post order confirmation).

Extraction

Although extraction is not essential, it should be carefully considered due to the smells, heat and steam that is generated from range cooking.

Colours

Choose from a wide range of 29 enamelled colour options or Stainless Steel for a timeless finish. 5 trim options also available including Brass, Chrome, Chrome Matt, Nickel and Stainless Steel.

Supplied with each oven

Every oven comes with one oven rack, except the simmer oven and 65L vertical dual function oven, which come with two. Every main oven comes with a roasting tray. Each cooker with an electric oven with grill comes with one grill insert which fits into a roasting tray. The small oven on the Rully, Macon, Chemin, Chaussin and Avalon come with only roasting dish and grill insert (no rack).

Delivery within U.K. mainland

Delivery cost is included for all orders within the U.K. mainland. Forneaux de France Ltd arranges delivery of its Range Cookers directly to end users.

Leadtime for delivery

Please note that we are currently scheduling deliveries approximately 6 months in advance.

Warranty

Lacanche Range Cookers come with a 36 month warranty from the date of delivery. Please see their website for full terms and conditions.
