A clever little gadget which measures liquid and surface temperatures with no contact. Using an infrared beam and activated simply at the touch of a button to give a digital read out on the LCD display. Particularly useful to check the temperature of soups, melting chocolate, syrups, cheese, jam, oil and baby’s milk with no touching so avoids any cross contamination of bacteria or flavourings.
Measures temperatures from 0°C to 250°C.
