How the 3 Oven eControl Series X Squared Works
The Series X-Squared is designed to cater to everyone—whether you prefer reassuringly tactile controls or the convenience of advanced touchscreen tech. Featuring Wi-Fi app control, a sleek wall-mounted control panel, a worktop mounted tablet and a handheld Bluetooth controller, you can turn your cooker on with ease—even from the comfort of your living room. It’s the ultimate choice for effortless, personalized control of your Aga.
Main features of the eControl Series X:
- The eControl Advanced Insulation System included as standard improving efficiency by over 100% compared to traditional models – OFFICIALLY NO CHEAPER WAY TO RUN YOUR COOKER
- Series X as standard comes with two machined steel hob plates both capable of 370oC.
- New Insulation System improves oven heat up times by 10% and consumption figures by 19% on previous eControl S1 & S2 models.
- Wifi and Bluetooth controlled
- Oven temperature digital display on our new interactive glass control panel giving the user easy reference temperatures
- Full across the board compatibility with the eControl Instaheat Hob and Pizza-Plate

ECO Mode
- ECO mode provides gentle ambient heat into the room in-keeping with traditional models
- Superfast heat up times from ECO to full temperature
- If hobs are left on full for over three hours the control system will automatically reduce them to the ECO
temperature

- Top right-hand oven up to 200°C in 38 minutes from room temperature
- Top right-hand oven up to 220°C in 8 minutes from ECO temperature
- Hob up to boiling temperature in 10-12 minutes from room temperature
- Hobs up to boiling temperature in 5 minutes from ECO temperature
- Instaheat hob up to temperature INSTANTLY
Automatic Grill
- Grill is automatically activated when the top right hand oven door is opened and left ajar
